Marc Feinstein is a registered Architect with over 14 years of experience in all phases of planning and designing projects including site investigations, programming, planning, design construction documentation, specifications, bid document development, and construction administration services. His experience includes design of complex multi-use buildings, renovation and new educational buildings, multi-family housing and designing houses while working for world renowned Hugh Newell Jacobsen, FAIA. Marc lives in Gaithersburg, MD with his wife and two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys taking money from Alan on the golf course.

Alan Miner is a registered architect with over 16 years experience in all phases of design and construction projects. His experience includes large and complex multi-housing modernizations, commercial and retail projects, tenant fit-outs, new construction, and renovations. Alan has substantial field experience, ranging from performing initial scope development site walk throughs all the way through administering the construction of complex multi-million dollar projects. Alan lives in Brunswick, MD with his wife and three young children. When he has spare time, he fancies himself as some sort of golfer.
