Miner Feinstein Architects was hired to convert a storage attic of an existing cape-code house to 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom / bathroom. The renovation not only provided ample new living space, but it also updated the appearance of the house, providing arts and crafts details to the formerly plain masonry house.
