Renovation of 906 Browning Avenue, MD

Miner Feinstein Architects was selected to provide architectural design services for the deferred maintenance renovation of an existing sixteen unit apartment building. The scope includes domestic water system replacement and kitchen replacement. Other scope items include replacement of the air conditioning equipment, a new storefront entry, and minor improvements to the common areas. These deferred maintenance items were completed now based on the significant needs of the buildings. However, a more substantial renovation will be completed at a later date.
