Caitlyn Baumanis

Interior Design Manager

Caitlyn specializes in furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), manages and oversees installation, and makes finish selections. She also helps put together Construction Documents (CDs). She is currently working on FF&E packages for residential apartments, offices, and senior living facilities. Her completed projects include Tysons Towers and Parkview Manor. She graduated from the Art Institute of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and is working towards becoming an NCIDQ licensed Interior Designer. On the weekends, you can find her hiking at a local park!
