Renovation of Colesville Towers Lobby, MD

Miner Feinstein Architects was hired to renovate the existing lobby for the Silver Spring, Maryland apartment building and create a new enclosed leasing office, relocate the mailboxes, and add a new concierge desk. While the functional change is what spurred the owner into pursuing a renovation, it was their desire to make very traditional lobby feel new, vibrant, and modern which influenced its character.
