Marlboro Gardens

MFA provided concept studies to create a new community in Prince George’s County. The site, currently a vacant lot that originally housed garden apartments, has been vacant for some time and sits in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The desire is to create a community that will blend garden apartments and 2 over 2 townhouses.

This project is currently in site plan review, after which documents will be finalized so that construction 

can begin.
