James Frazier

Project Manager

James has been with Miner Feinstein Architects for over six years. He has his Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture from University of Maryland, College Park. He specializes in urban design, planning, and graphic design. James is a member of the NAACP and the Allegany Arts Council. His current projects include building new townhomes, senior living facilities, and multi-family apartments.
