Miner Feinstein Architects was selected for the evaluation and the replacement of the roofs and repair of the balconies for a 253 unit apartment community in Hampton Virginia. The primary purpose of the renovation is to correct areas of the project which have deficiencies, but a secondary objective is to update the appearance of the community.
