Modernization in Mount Airy, Maryland

A rambler on a beautiful lot did not fit the needs of the family that lived there. They desired a new family room and a better flow through their rooms. Furthermore, they required that the renovation be completed while they were living in the house. Thus, a strategy emerged to build out an addition that would allow for new living space to be built prior to the renovation of the existing space.
