Serving as project manager while working for Wiencek + Associates Architects + Planners. Marc managed the drawings from the PUD application stage through completion of construction documents of a 72 unit affordable new apartment building with an organic market on the first floor. Alan managed the project during CA. A green roof and "Space Saver" parking provide additional amenities on this tight site.
