The Overlook at Oxon Run

Project details:

Project manager while working for Wiencek + Associates Architects + Planners for the total gut renovation of a 290+unit high-rise apartment building. The modernization consists of reconfiguration of the floor plan and enclosing the existing balconies to create 316 units (181 Senior and 135 Family units). Other features included the creation of an additional elevator within the building footprint and an elaborate security system to provide separation between the families and the seniors.
