Northwest Golf Course

Miner Feinstein Architects was contracted by the Montgomery County Revenue Authority to provide studies for the renovation of the existing clubhouse at Northwest Golf Course in Silver Spring, MD.

The existing building, while functional, impedes the natural flow of the golfer as they would use the facility before and after their tee time. Rather than having a large open space to serve for functions, invite relaxing dining, and allow for easier access, the large pro shop sits in the middle of the space. MFA was contracted to indicate both the costs and design of what this renovation may entail.
