Miner Feinstein Architects was selected to provide architectural design services for the gut rehab of an
abandoned fourteen unit building adjacent to the thriving Rockville Town Center. Due to being vacant for
multiple years, the building had fallen into considerable disrepair. Water infiltration, mold, and rotted roof
members made the building uninhabitable. The renovation not only brings the building back to life, it
modernizes the appearance, both inside and out. Green building features such as a reflective membrane roof
and energy efficient windows will set the standards for the renovation of the neighboring adjacent building
across the parking lot.
