Miner Feinstein Architects was selected to provide architectural design services for substantial renovation
and conversion of two 12 unit vacant apartment buildings to condominiums. The renovation consists of the
addition of a 4th floor mezzanine that will serve as the master bedroom for two of the units below. The poor
drainage on the site will be corrected to allow for new landscaping and paving. The units will be reconfigured
to open up the kitchens to the adjacent living spaces. Additionally, all the existing electrical wiring, plumbing,
and HVAC will be replaced and brought to today’s code. Using efficient and durable materials, the exterior
appearance will be upgraded, restoring the luster of the solid masonry building that has been sadly abused over
the years.
