Miner Feinstein Architects provided architectural re-design and construction administration services for the renovation of two apartment buildings, with 27-livable, fully-renovated two bedroom units.  The apartments are leased to young mothers and their babies as part of a five-year development process to ensure the future success and health of these young women.  The bottom floor of one of the buildings will be converted from apartment units in order to serve as the Ashanti Early Learning Center.  The renovation consisted of updating all the incoming utility services, reconfiguration of a percentage of the units to accommodate disabled residents, and a full upgrade of all of the finishes.
