Miner Feinstein Architects provided concept studies for an existing ten story, one hundred twelve unit
apartment building located in the heart of Rockville. The goal of the study was to improve the circulation
within the common areas of the building as well as upgrade the appearance of the exterior, especially
given the amount of new construction in the immediate vicinity. Working with the Housing Opportunities
Commission of Montgomery County, the goal of the project is to maintain quality affordable housing options
for Montgomery County residents.
