Adam's Row

Renovation of Townhomes in Washington, DC

Concept

Working with Bundy Developers and Stanton View Developers, Miner Feinstein Architects designed the townhouses that make up Adams Row, a twenty one unit traditional townhouse community on a tight, hilly site in Northeast Washington DC. Despite being an affordable community that received DC DHCD funding, these for sale units were designed with amenities of a market rate community.

Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, brick facades, and energy efficient materials and windows highlight the construction of these homes, which were built to comply with Green Communities criteria.

This project was completed in 2016.
