Catoctin View Apartments

MFA provided design services for the renovation of the existing seven-story apartment building. The scope included a full gut renovation of the building and replacement of all systems.

The dwelling units were reconfigured from efficiencies, one-, and two-bedrooms apartments to seventy-six one-bedroom independent senior dwelling units.

The ground floor was redesigned to provide a range of amenities including a library, media room, multi-purpose room, warming kitchen, and fitness center.
